Can I cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind, and that's alright! Here's how you can cancel your order:

Note: Orders can be cancelled at any time before they're shipped from our warehouse. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

 

  1. Use our chatbot by saying Cancel my order, then follow the bot's instructions.

     
  2. Contact our customer support team and let them know you wish to cancel your order.

 

Has your order been cancelled?
In some rare cases, we can’t deliver a product and need to cancel an order. The most common reasons are:

  • The item is out of stock;
  • Our seller could not confirm your order;
  • Address information is unclear or incorrect.
