How do I pay with Klarna?

  4. First payment: once the verification is complete on klarna's platform, you will confirm the first installment payment.
  5. Automatic installments: the remaining installments will be scheduled automatically every 30 days.


Who do I pay? VidaXL or Klarna?

When you make a purchase using Klarna, you typically pay Klarna directly, not VidaXL. Klarna pays VidaXL on your behalf, and you then settle your payment with Klarna according to the payment plan you selected at checkout.

 

What happens if I don’t make a payment on time?

you are required to make your scheduled payments to Klarna. Your payments are automatically withdrawn from your connected card or bank account according to the agreed payment schedule. Klarna will send you multiple friendly reminders before payment is due so you can make sure you’ve got enough money to pay. If payment fails, you may be charged a late fee, subject to Klarna's T&Cs.

 

What happens if I make a return?

If you return some or all of your order, Klarna will issue you with a new statement as soon as the online store processes your return. Follow VidaXL return instructions and make sure to keep the tracking number of your return. Log into your Klarna account and select "Report a return" so that your statement is paused. As soon as VidaXL has registered your return, we will send an adjusted invoice.
