  • Solid grid construction: The M shaped compact mesh allows smoke chips to burn evenly and slowly for up to 10 hours. The duration depends largely on the nature of the smoking wood. For best results, it is recommended to use chips with a grain size of 0.02 - 0.08 ".
  • Easy to use: Simply fill with sawdust, and light with a tea light until the sawdust starts to change colour. Remove the tea light and place the smoker in the smoker oven.
